Recent Recolors

Hi all, I apologize for my absence.
This summer I marched again with the Cadets drum and bugle corps, for those familiar, and just recently got back. Due to some logistical complications I am taking a gap year and am not going to the university till next fall. This means time to work, travel, relax and of course, model! I’ve been working closely with Nguyen Luong Tài as he designs wonderful airliners that he releases on ecardmodels.com. I’ve done quite a few recolors recently and I’ll be test building a few of them this coming week. So far I have recolored:
LATAM Brazil A350-900
Air France A350-900
Air Caraïbes A350-900
Asiana A350-900
Iberia A350-900

Air Calin A330neo

Air Tahiti Nui 787-9

I’ve got the last two printed off for a preliminary test build just to check that all the intricate textures and patterns line up as smoothly as would be expected of a model this high in caliber. Both are originally scaled for 1:100 I believe but I scaled them down to save paper, ink and space.
I also will build Biken’s A330-300 in KLM colors, a model I have looked forward to all summer while I was away!

Hey Chris, you have nothing to apologize for, it is known that with excess duties, there is no time for recolor and model making, ooo I see that there will be a few models on my wish list and you will come back to recolor B767?
There is also an open list of models that were to be, in LOT, which I am looking forward to
Greetings and glad you are coming back
Pablito

Pawel, I will look into getting that LOT 767 done for you
I’m also starting a new personal policy where I do one recolor for myself for every requested recolor just to keep myself sane
That being said, besides the the LOT 767, the next person to comment their request will get it fulfilled before I start on a recolor for myself

Oooh, I was thinking about requesting one of those. I remember when they showed the Flight 16 landing on the news for kids. Hard to believe that was almost 8 years ago.

Butelczynski I have begun on the Canadian model
As soon as that’s completed I’ll do LOT
And after that I havent decided yet what I’ll do but it’ll my choice.
I’m thinking maybe another Dreamliner on the wonderful new TaiModels template on which I did Air Tahiti Nui. Most likely the -8 variant
