A splendid collection. It looks like you will need a new display case for the Vichy air force and its opponents.

As Don said, a splendid collection indeed.
I'm of the same mindset as you wireandpaper- I can't bring myself to spend hours building a model and after photographing chuck it on a pile, bin it or give it away. I wouldn't have dared do that with a plastic model and I cannot do it with paper.

Humble Foe

Although the Gladiator seemed a humble foe, did well against some modern monoplanes, single and multiengine, like the Italian and French, and surely against other biplanes including other Gladiators like in Iraq.

Identify the Plane

Here is another plane that should have been retired by then.
Could you identify it?

It's an excellent model, Pablo. Looks to me like an Amiot 134 of Groupe de Transport I/15 or II/15, although Groupes de Bombardment I/38 and II/38 were also equipped with the Autobus.

I agree with Jose Luis. MB-200. I can see it now.

You are all improving my knowledge of French airplanes.

I am not sure what unit it was with, however. My sources only identify one Vichy unit, Escadrille de Bombardement 3/39 at Madjaloun, Lebanon, equipped with the MB 200. http://france1940.free.fr/vichy/ada_syri.html

But as I have already demonstrated, I am not too tightly wrapped on French military aviation.

Thank you Don and Chicharrero:

It is the MB200 by Kampfflieger
1/200 Bloch MB.200

As I said the Amiot 134

looks a lot like the MB200:

The MB200 took part in the air war over Lebanon and Syria.
