Skywarrior in 1/100 rescaled OBP

It has been a long while since taking scissors and glue to paper. While watching all you guys building fantastic models I feel like an injured pro footballer sidelined because of an injury. I had resized the Oddball Productions Skywarrior to 1/100 scale. This was on the old ecards site. I also recolored the aircraft to an active duty A3 and re detailed the kit.
The main parts are pretty detailed but because of the plane ness of the aircraft some of the parts had to be tweaked. This was being worked on since last may and I finally finished tonight.
I opened up the airbrakes and the after tail wheel assembly. I added a tail hook and yes in some backround pics is a prototype mk 117 bomb for an upcoming project, one of Bruno's older kits but very well done.

Neat.It still looks like a fair size model even in 1:100.Remind me-what's the original scale?

This is very good looking model.I might borrow your air-brake addition. It looks good.

I believe it was 1/64 scale. you can borrow anything you need. The airbrakes required a slight artistic license by moving the thing to an easy bulkhead position instead of trying to mate up the across 2 fuselage sections. also this version did not have the inflight refueling probe.

VERY nice Whale CMDR. Welcome back. Despite it's size, I've always liked the lines of the A-3; to me the B-66 never having quite the same visual appeal.

Thankyou all. I had the Revell version of this decades back. It was published in an odd scale also something like 1/87 or so. It looked a little funny with my other carrier borne aircraft but the whale always was one of my favorites so it was worked in with the collection.

Great looking Skywarrior. The added detailing really adds to the model.

Do you have digital versions of your modifications? The Skywarrior is on my refresh list, so that would be a good time to add in any improvements.
