Gifted amateur. Does the best wheels in the business and produces landing gear such as this and calls himself an amateur. Just gifted. Full stop.

Rata I'm blushing. I've designed 4 ships and tons of little bits but all with a 2 d bitmap program called paint shop pro, and an old version at that. until I can use a true vector platform I'll always be an amateur.
Next up are the wings. I removed all the tabs, most of the time I keep the wing to fuselage tabs, but this time I might use separated tabs fuselage mounted to wing, we'll see. First start with the small spar, mount it about
the fwd wheel well. then glue the entire periphery minus where the air intake black thingys go. only when the wing is completely dry should you insert these little things.times the pics show it better...

Fuselage, in progress

thanks guys. I discovered a few glitches in the fuselage sections that I thought were fixed. then like a dummy when the corrected sections were printed I had the wrong setting on the printer, letter instead of a4. the parts were mis sized! anyways, starting from scratch, the parts were completely re built, laying them out here...

fuselage continued again...

This mini build thread shows the technique used for fuselage parts. The first pic shows one of the most important steps, sand a small taper to the edge as shown. this eliminates that bulges that show up when you round them. Pre glue the edges with thinned glue. pre roll/form the sections. the other pics show the cylindrical sections joined with no center tab. later the joining tabs are installed, the viola, sections joined....

Thanks Ray. Most of those techniques were passed on to me from Carl Beetz aka Golden Bear.
next up are the little prelim to completion parts, the fwd camera, the mounts for the aft stabilizers, cockpit and those nifty air intakes. also this kit I'm trying a different way of attaching the wings. instead of keeping the tabs on the wing roots I separated them and will see if that makes a difference....
