During WWII, Spain acquired a license to build 109s, with engines imported from Germany. But the war's end also ended this engine supply. So Spain soon negotiated purchases of RR Merlin engines from Britain. This changed the nose profile a bit, but Spain continued making Merlin-engined 109s into the 1960s.

I follow this thread as I'm looking at couple of BF-109G models Zarkov has.Too bad he doesn't have Finnish or Hungarian versions(or at least blank camouflaged one).Same models with small differences.

Here's the last update. Next time you'll see this Bf-109F completely finished.
Spinner has incorrect colors; should be entirely black. I'll have to paint it.

Ok, here's the finished "Friedrich". Most of parts fit very well, some are little tricky. It's a nice model, however, I'd only recommend it for intermediate and skilled modelers.

OK... This is something really special and I want it!!! How do I go about acquiring this particular subject legally? Will it be made available via Zarkov Models? Did you receive permission to share/sell your repaint?

I didn't say it's my repaint.
If I remember correctly, it was available on Zarkov Models(or somewhere else) quite a long time ago. I'm not sure if you can get it now anywhere.

Well its not from Zarkov as I have over time purchased his entire library... Do you remember anything about it's origin? I really would like to have it!
