I'm afraid that it's imperfect model There are still "ripples" on surface...

Don't worry about those wrinkles. The real one had them too! They were expansion panels

Flying plane has smooth panels. This is a flying model - speed around MACH 0.5
(In fact, I'm happy with this surface)

There is a second cone inside. Quite easy made from paper. Several layers of paper are pretty solid. Used glue to thougen tip.
Skin is on-top. Material for lamination is paperboard, usually from college block.
