Talking MIG-21 Vietnam Airforce - Scale 1:66

This is my first aircraft paper model that I made several year ago. One of my friend repainted the template in order to create Vietnamese version of MiG-21

Hope you enjoy my work

Nice work on the MiG-21. I always love to see another soviet era aircraft.

This kit doesn't look familiar at all.Who designed it?Great recolor aside, this looks like very well designed Mig-21 MF.

Thank you for the compliment. The kit is the combination of several kit from GPM, Hobby Model and Maly Modelarz. My friend - Shintachi Nguyen collected all of them then selected each detail and synchronized all to make the kit. He also resized the model from scale 1:33 to 1:66 since at that time, our room was too small for big models :D

Shintachi Nguyen has designed several model and is selling them on ecardmodels under the name Shinexport. You can check them here: https://www.ecardmodels.com/vendors/shinexport/

Wow, This kit is originally based on GPM and is highly textured. I have luckily found this kit from online as per the source I got from a friend of mine. You did a great job on this.

I might be mistaken about the model being based on GPM but I also have a Vietnam Airforce MiG 21 MF with similarities to this but is a little complex. I also got my had on SMT, bison (21-93) versions luckily.
