Nos. 21,22 and 23 Lockheed C-130, alenia C-23 and Airbus C-295.

We continue with this thread after a long abscence in the forum with a FAM's tripplet: Herky Bird, Spartan and Persuader.
For the Hercules I'm using Scissors and Planes novelty but this version is the Ex-RAF Stretched version modified and repaint by me; the Spartan is Leo de la Rosa's design under his brand ATVARS and for the then CASA C-295 I'm using Jirka Malinka kit which by the way I have never seen it armed by anyone and I vectorized and repaint the kit as well.
The Leonardo-Finmeccanica C-23 Spartan was bought 4 units brand new at 2011; the Airbus (EADS-CASA before) C-295 8 brand new units were acquired in 2011 and the Lockheed C-130 Hercules 6 planes were acquired second hand from the RAF in 2001 of which 2 are the elongated version.

OK we started printing the kits and manufacturing the internal formers; Although the S&P models do not come with them, in this case, since the fuselage is very long, it is necessary to reinforce it with some internal formers. I also build the C-295 with internal formers due to his oval fuselage shape. The Alenia has his own well designed inner formers.

It's of paramount importance to place a counterweight on the nose of the aircraft so that they do not result into a tail seater. I use 5/32" to 1/4" nuts glued with UHU cement.
The front part of the fuselages is already formed, it should be noted that I will treat the C-295 as a test fuselage since several adjustments must be made to it and I am also going to change its color to the dark version. Next will be the central wings support, empenages, ailerons and landing gear nacelles before we install the wings.

Best Regards, José Antonio Rodríguez aka Tigertony100.
