No. 2 Douglas DC-6

Following the construction pattern, it is the turn of a FAM transport; and now I show, nothing more, nothing less, than the plane from which I jumped off when I was a young Paratrooper Fusilier. I made more than 100 jumps from that plane; In one occasion I fell very far and asked for a ride to a vehicle like the one shown in the image. It is the Douglas DC-6, with the white and gray scheme and a blue light bolt along the fuselage. This planes arrives in 1966 and were dimissed from service in 1991. This planes served very well to my country, specially when natural disasters ( like hurricanes) occurs. They carry this scheme all his servicing life, with only very few airplanes wearing a different scheme.

Thanks Juan 201, wait for the second part in which I'll cover the Pecuas P-47 Thunderbolts in service at Mexican soil. And all of us are waiting for e-cards site is running again for getting all as a bundle. Some of you sent me PM asking about the P-47s, but I can't sell directly, remember that they are Bruno's designs, so we have to wait for the e-cards models.I have all the recolors of Pilatus PC-7 including the commemorative scheme of squad 201. Next month I´ll show all Pilatus in FAM service. By now I'm busy making the Beechcraft-Raytheon Texan II interior and cockpit. Best Regards,Tony.

No. 3 DeHavilland DH-100 Vampire

My good friend Wireandpaper sent me some time ago his recolor of the Vampire. In his own words " do it the wrong way" this means his method of recoloring using MS Powerpoint. I insisting him to convert to the Dark Side of the Force (Inkscape) but He isn't attracted- So, I can't hold on and constructed it. The result is for 1/400, his usual scale, the colors and lines converge; for 1/100 the colors and lines diverge. I have fun and relaxation building this nocturnal mammal. Certainly, I done all 6 schemes of the Vampire in FAM Service ( not Fan Service) and show them at month's end. Annexed is a picture of other sucking bloods I have constructed. Best Regards, Tony.
