Hello Modelers!!! Thank you for your comments and feedback. Taking advantage that Cafe made an improvement on the C-130 cockpit windows, I print it to install on my C-130 FAM Hercules. Various issues still to fix. Lettering does not align, 302nd. Transport Squad Mammoth Logo should be rotate as well. Panel lines seems to be alright but I'm going to apply Blurr tool on them in order to make vanishing panel lines. The first attempt on building the Herky Bird more than a year ago clearly shows the wing negative dihedral and that wich was reinforced with a stripe of cardboard. So I must find a solution for this negative wing dihedral issue. I found that the ramp must be reinforced with cardboard in order for easy gluing on the fuselage; I have applied this method with Cargo planes' gates and seems to work well.
I'm going to install the landing gear for the T-33, also provided by Cafe. Nine liveries has the T-33, being the last one very spectacular. Let me put hands on it, and let´s see what is the result. Best Regards, Tigertony100

I'm eagerly awaiting your updated C-130. And that T-33 is really good looking.

Taking advantage of the fact that I have a Herky Bird to test, I decided to find a solution for the negative dihedral of the wings. I made a slot in the fuselage in the place that is under the wing; I cut a thicker wing spear and installed it through the fuselage and wings. The result was dramatic. This Herkys are in 1/150 scale. Going slow but steady. Regards, Tony.

Chipocludos / very nice.
I am glad that your FAM collection is growing.
I have to build at least one T-33, and one F-5.

I was thinking to do something similar for my next C-130 too.

Now it´s time for apply the spear solution on the definitive version of the C-130 Hercules. First I heavily balasted the nose in order for not to be a tail seater. Then made a not so wide spear wing for insering trough the wing tip, wing spear is made out of 2 mm thick cardborad; made the measurements and trace it for make the slots. Finally the wings are instaled. Straight like an arrow!!! Let´s continue with engines, propellers, landing gear and refueling probe. Best Regards Modellers, Tigertony100.
