The third in this series of Murph's Twin Otters, the Canada version, is now up for your views. For more views, bet you know where to see 'em.

Thank you all my friends for your kind words.

As requested my Meteor, I'm trying to roll out some building tips about the landing gear structure in the following photos, in 5 easy steps. Of course, more experienced builders have their own way of doing it.

One comment about this is that while Murph's design of this part is wonderfully perfect though, the structure as is on the template is too weak for the model to stand properly. Therefore some reinforcement is absolutely necessary. You can take my 2-cent method as a reference but you don't have to follow strictly. There are many ways to Rome, as they say.

The next will be the cockpit roof, separately posted after this.

Wonderful tip and method for the landing gear. This would work for Aaron's Norseman also.

And just before I move on to the roof, one more tip about doing the struts.

The cockpit roof is a bit tricky and some pre-forming is required before glueing it to the fuselage. Please see photo as reference.
