Murph's Model DHC-6 Twin Otter US Forest Service Version, original scale 1/41
This is a beta build of Murph's upcoming model - Dehavilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter, USFS version, originally at 1/41. I won't be doing it at the original scale in view of storage problem as I don't want to discard it or dispose of it after completion. At what scale? We'll see.
For those Twin Otter fans, stay tuned as Murph's got quite a few other liveries that should satisfy your appetite. If built as is, this model is some 15-1/4 inches (38.5 cm) long. Not a small bird I'd say. You'd better be planning ahead where to show, hang, store them when all other liveries are released. |

Before starting the build, I'll show you the instruction sheet so you'll have an idea of what to do. Hope Murph doesn't mind as it's just some form of sneak peek of what's coming up.

I got a bright yellow Canadian one done last night. Just need to add skis.

Any float-equipped version(s)? |

Still gotta design the floats. It's got a rather unique attachment system, so everything has to be designed all at once.

This is off to a very good start . Does the RCAF version have the short nose? Keep up the great work.
