1/144 P-40N Karachi, 1943
Here is the P-40 I started earlier. It is marked for the 80th FG, 89 FS, Karachi.
This is a repaint and modification done by RATA. I finally beat this one into submission. And it's not pretty. But I started it, and here it is. This does show the excellent evolution of Bruno's skills. This is one of the earlier kits, as compared to the next model I will post, which is the Ki-51, a more recent design.

Yes, I built that one back in 2003. It still sits on my son's shelf. Albeit, beat up.

Very nice, I still have my earlier models from the past century in 1/144, and they have the value of showing our own evolution as modelers.
The scheme is very nice and the build as well. And this is a hobby, no one will suffer by a not perfect model! Thank you for sharing! |
