Thank you Erik, rifleman, Don Boose for interest in my build and warm words. special thanks to Mor54 for sending such a great pictures and materials about this aircraft. All small details for the floor are now complied. I added some extra details like cables, cover for steering assembly... i would like to say that I wish the instruction was better for this kit. Some of the parts of the build are not clearly explained. Part W5 needs to be bend but no reference how much, same thing to some other parts. assembly drawings and instruction are all over the place. My recommendation is to try to fit all parts and assembly before glue anything...here are some photos of the progress...

I love this build. I was looking for a TBD 1 after watching the movie Midway. There are none I could find so I decided to make one. I have a Maly Modelarts TBD from Papermodel.net in a box with a tear in one of the sheets. I scanned it and recolored it them had a terrible time getting it to size correctly. I put in an interior from photos from The 1/48th plastic model. I bought the book on Amazon yesterday and found the entire interior is wrong so back to the drawing board.

Adding those small details really make a difference! I have this model as well, and like to browse through the pages and although it's very detailed it's surprising to see that the didn't do much with the instrument panels like in some of the other Halinski or Orlik kits where you have to cut out the small white circles and glue the result on a separate part that has all the dials. It takes a bit of effort but it's worth it. Fine job, Olo!
