Great work. Very skillful modifications that make an extremely unique model. Two thumbs up for this one.

Thanks all. There is additional fun in trying some experimental work, like this project. I enjoyed thinking, testing and building this.

I will attach the wings to the sub spars in the fuselage by making splits, and shove the wing in place, see pic 4. When this is done, I can now start putting all the wing profiles in place, see pic 5.
Looks good!

this is a big inspiration for me, thanks
my British airways 787 wll now look 10/10

I will look forward to seeing your BA 787 with curved wings! Good luck, Marterair.

I had great fun in figuring out how to do this. I think this sort of experiments never have a fixed way of working, there is always a considerable amount of improvisation. Thatīs the fun.
In the beginning of the process I wanted to get a feeling how such flexed wings would look like in relation to the fuselage, so I made a cardboard bulkhead figure, see the enclosed picture. Note, that the belly fairing for undergear and airco is not shown. Also note, that the cutting mat is NOT in inches...

If it's any use, I can get some screenshots from a flight simulator 787 for the wingflex
