F-86D Sabre dog Murph's models 1:48
The Sabre dog was a special Sabre and was the only version equipped with after burning engine. The model is a nice repaint and will be added to my Sabre family.

I'm glad to see you building this one. I have been struggling with this model for a long time. I can't join the upper and lower fuselage sections smoothly and look forward to seeing yours go together.

I really like Murph's models and this is the third one as before I
I build the Fury and Banshee. I am currently on it and will see how it goes .... |

As far as adding a radar dish to the nose of a front air intake aircraft, the Sabre dog is a very pleasing looking plane.
Denise the Menace is at our Air Force museum and I get to see it quite often (at least before the Corona lockdown) Good luck Yair Isaac

F-86D Sabre dog 1:48 build diary
A small progress the fuselage was completed and the cockpit
compartment will be mounted to allow the placenet of the lower skirt below - the part that gives the Sabre dog it's typical look. Yair |

I have to say you build clean and methodically... you lay out your parts and plan ahead one step at a time. I wish I was like that all the time but sometimes I go off the deep end and scramble to build like a kid in a candy store. I will learn a lot from you. I have 98% of murph's kit and I love seeing builds of them because I'll probably never get to build them all. Your doing a fantastic job.
