Boeing pt 17 stearman

Hello Here we are again with a beautiful plane. It is a Fiddlersgreen kit with many modifications. The interior of the crew seats and fuselage linings has been made. Improved landing gear and longer wing support center pieces.

AWESOME. I had the privilege of flying a Stearman that a crop duster owned in Fitzgerald Georgia many moons ago. Open cockpit and tail dragging fun fun fun.

I want one of these for my shelf someday!

Thanks for sharing your build.

Very nice work!
I've always thought it's one of the best-looking planes in history.

That is a beautiful build, well done! The extra care and details really show, I really like the exhaust ring on the back of the engine.

Hi Mike Indeed there is a ring of pipes, behind the cylinders and collects each of the exhaust pipes of each cylinder. Then the final tube comes out from the right. It's all done on paper and surprisingly, it turned out well. But I have seen that ring also in front of the cylinders, with a final exhaust also to the right side. I liked this solution better. Greetings

The bracing ropes between the two wings should not have lint, I passed them by glue diluted in 30% water and I did not manage to eliminate them. I will have to buy a lint-free yarn. Fishing nylon doesn't convince me
