Rieseler R1 or R2, Oriel 1/33 to 1/72.
If the model announces a Rieseler (and not Fieseler, better known) R1, it seems more like a Rieseler R2.
It's a small German sport plane from the early 20's which will give birth to several variants not well known nowadays. I refer you to this excellent document: https://adl-luftfahrthistorik.de/dok...zeugmuster.pdf Original feature, it was covered with camouflaged military canvas of recuperation. Paper model of Oriel brand at 1/33, scanned then reduced to 1/72. Spoked wheels in photoetched Eduard, engine hood in aluminium plugged in the form of decals. |
