Amazing build of this Spitfire and the little piece of surroundings add even more to it.

I have yet to try my hands at the Merlin engine, but judging by you pictures it should justify the effort.

That is an amazing model. The attention to detail is unbelievable. Well done, and well presented.

Both models - Spitfire Mk Va (Andrew Inwald Cardmodel) and the Rolls Royce Merlin Engine (Alin Osarik) can be downloaded from this website. Look in the downloads section under Aviation downloads by Leif Ohlsson. I am new to building paper models and started on a DNAVY build. I switched to this model to gain experience in working with paper.

Wow! thanks, friends. Happy to see you like it.
I will see if I can try and correct the landing gear doors, I thought I had them on correctly. Stupid. And the antenna & aerial, well, I just forgot. I'll put them on straight away (-;

Kosmonaut,

You are proving what is amazingly possible with paper.
Well Done!

Like you, I also am not a fan of exploded view instructions and find
them in some cases challenging to understand.

Presently working on GPM's 262: English instructions might help in keeping from discovering parts I incorrectly glued in place following what
appeared to be correct according to the small exploded views on the GPM Me 262 instruction page.
