Yes, the sheme of this plane is a pretty invention of Rosie Louise but I choose to give to my plane a real identity and I add it the immatriculation of an actual french Tiger Moth: F-AZPP. In France the series AZ.. is for a collection plane.

Thanks, Jan. That solves the mystery.

Rosie is a wonderful aviation artist, and she and Terry have produced some beautiful models of Tiger Moths, Fox Moths, and aircraft of the Golden Age of Aviation. I also like the postcard illustrations that Rosie has produced under the Air Classique label By Air Classique - Aircraft Models, New Zealand and World Postcards

The De Havilland DH82 Tiger Moth was found in France after the war in many flying clubs.
Considered to be underpowered, especially for towing gliders, it received the nickname of "Tigre Mou" (weak tiger).
Here is a Tigre mou that want to pretend to be a Stampe SV4 (for the purists, a self-respecting Stampe is necessarily "grey outside and green inside").
Model of the brand Contour Creative:

And here he is in the company of a Stampe (DGA model) who wants to pretend to be a Tiger Moth and wears his war livery! The moral of this story is that one is never satisfied with one's fate!
