SU-47 Berkut and other edited models
taking into account certain problems with copyright and decided to put the SU-47 berkut in this forum to clarify this model is not mine only edit it at 1/200 scale (one of the best scales for fighter aircraft) that and also here I am going to publish a model of the FMA IA-58 pucara in 1/200 scale

It's not a model from Bruno. His name and logo shouldn't be in the file. Same for LitNik's models that weren't edits/recolors of Bruno's.
If it's indeed a redraw of Ojimak's Berkut, you should get his approval before distributing it. If he says no, it's no. If he doesn't answer, it's still no.

Speaking of LitNik, I also plan to make a vectorized version of the IL-96-300 because I want to do the livery of the russian presidential plane and "cubana de aviacion".

If you vectorize a model that doesn't mean that you can distributed it. As far as I know all the Ojimak's models has a password and you are infringed that. You can recolor it for YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY. And if you vectorize a model and makes a few drawings on it that doen't means that it's your model. That's why Brent and Gomidefilho does not distribute the Pucará. Although free is a copyrighted model. And you're no longer engaging LitNik. And besides the Il-96 is not from LitNik, I made it. Entiende No es No. Tigertony100.

well I understood although checking the download clip of "one model per day" there is still the file of the IL-96 model of LitNik (good that LitNik edited) so if I am going to do those recolors of theIL-96 of "cubana de aviacion "I will have to consult a moderator (like rick)
Speaking of LitNik, I wonder why he has not been active in paper modelers again?
