SAAB 91D Safir DGA 1/100

Hello my friends!

I show the little SAAB 91D Safir from DGA, this model is unreleased yet. The SAAB Safir is a low wing monoplane three or four seat, design in Sweden in 1945, the SAAB 91 descend of the Bücher Bu 181. Used by many Air Forces in 1950's to 90's. Many civil operators used the Safir too and Air Companies schools like Lufthansa and Air France.

The model was designed by Guido Van Roy and what I can say is that it is an excellent model. Very easy to build and with excellent results, in addition to the rarity of the subject itself.

Pretty airplane and another excellent model. I recall making a 1/72 plastic model of this aircraft in Swedish markings.

Thanks my friends! DGA release the model soon in Ecardmodels. Soon I build a Tunisian version. Guido study too to make a SAAB 91A with Gypsy engine too.
