There's a nice brick and mortor plastic model shop in Tampa. Bear Hobbies USA. Bet he would pay for any shipping to get all your plastic models. I have no personal interest, but like to support local hobby shops. One person operation, very knowledgeable in all things aviation.

Welcome to Florida. I can't wait for the Southern International Paper Model Conference, which I'm sure you will organize.

Welcome to Florida. I can't wait for the Southern International Paper Model Conference, which I'm sure you will organize.
I just sold/gave away about 30 some odd plastic model kits ( I now have only two left even though I am not planning to build them ). They all went to good homes and the local Cincinnati IPMS club.

I also gave away 17 paper models in 1/33 scale including two more at the Wright B flyer museum in Dayton ( that brings it to five there ).

I still retain over 40 built paper models and approx 100 or so 1/72 scale plastic built models.

This is my usual give away ritual every time I move.

Now, as far as a Florida paper model conference, why not. As soon as this pandemic is settled and me as well, I would like to continue this tradition.

Sorry I did not move to Destin / the Panhandle area, but there were real issues I could not avoid, so Venice FL is our place to be.

I am sure we will meet again.

To give away or not, that’s the question! Same thing here.
They are all Murph’s models at 1/72 and 1/144.
Many more are still stored in cabinets.

Always give it away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At some point after you enjoyed your builds and run out of room, you need to share it.

For me it is almost a ritual every time I move ( and I moved well over 20 times ). Give it away so others can enjoy it as well.

lastly, you can't take it with you when you die. So why not share it in the living years and enjoy the feeling of sharing.
