Don you are correct this bird has the extra dark sea grey over sky. I do like the look of both. I'm partial to the darker greys.

disaster!

Somehow my handy camera lost the entire sequence of the engine builds! This also was the most difficult part of the build. it did require a few trial and error and trimming to fit to the wings. start at the forward pieces and build up the upper cowling and the part of the lower that fits to the forward part of the wing.
do not try to build this as one assembly and then slip it over the wing, there are too many variables that allow this to fit properly if you do that. after this forward assembly has fit to the wing then build up the lower adding each successive part to the wing. it goes better that way, in the forward view the piece with the tabs this is where the prop hub slips over. you place it when the cowl has been fitted to the wing. this opening allow you to access the cowling to form fit to the wing if you have to nudge it into proper shape. the final pic shows the wings assembled and the the tail feathers ready to fit to the fuselage

clarification; don't put the prop hub on until after you fit the entire engine cowling. the exhaust stubs are fit as a until, i suggest you double them with card to give a more 3d effect. the exhaust shields are fitted as shown.

finishing touches

the last few parts are the little details that make these little century scale models "pop". I modified a few hvar rockets. the tailhook and landing gear aft was added as well as the rear stabilizers and main gear...

All done. all in all a good fitting kit. Bruno does cover alot of the lesser modeled in fact lesser known aircraft. you can see alot of his offerings on ecards, (this is not a paid advertisement).
