They do come in handy from time to time .

Now I mount the model again in a fixture.

Caproni Stipa, Orlik, 1:33-caproni_055.jpg

And then I create the landing gear. First I tried to solder it, but it did not work. So, I use super glue.

With this fixture, I should get a straight landing gear. The tires will be mounted later.

The wings are attached. Instead of threads, I use 0,8mm steel rods for the rigging.

Looking good. I think the fine wire rigging is the way to go.

Thank you. I try my best. The last steps where just the under side of the plan, that is exactly made as the upper side. And mounting the cockpit windshields nearly ended in a disaster. I still have not found the optimal way to mount plastic foil to paper. I use superglue, but it is far from a good solution.

Thank you all for the kind words.
Personally, I am quite content with most parts of the finished model. Only the wings didn't come out as hoped for, and the windshields are always a problem for me. With every plane I build. There must be a better way, but I haven't found it yet.
