Another vote for the F-35 variants. A nice detailed model would be great considering that this seems to be the best one out there at the moment:

That would sure be a great stable mate for the XB-70 - it has been done before but the old Mon model, if you can find it, goes for crazy prices....

Going to the civil side of things. I'm a big fan of the Cessna 441- Conquest II. For a plane from the 80's, it's still about the best twin turbo for the money and performance. Plus, my father-in-law's company owns one. It's a sweet plane.
