Hi Draco , I was wondering , what if one makes an American Airlines papercraft , but it's free , will the author get a letter from American Airlines?

Kind Regards,
Crew C37

If I were to put the disclaimer, I think not. But then I would lose my work.

Working with the Spantax livery.
The Gimp program works like a Photoshop lite. The main advantage is the use of layers. You can see them to the right of the screen. The first picture is the full surface, all the layers visible. The second picture is just the "sucio" and "letras" layer (dirt and letters) active.
The idea is to have some layers that can be transfered between liveries without the need to start everything from zero. Or, if I want to make a Dc-9-30cf (cargo freighter) just add the doors without too many problems.

Provide pictures, or drawings, and ask nicely.
And please show off your builds of all the models you have been requesting

Ok, about DHL, it's a posibility. But in a few days I'll be releasing a very similar one.

Ameristar is a bit plain. If I were to do ALL the liveries of all the companies that used the Dc-9, then it will be fine. But at the begining, I'll do a maximun of six liveries of each model. And the Dc-9-30 has a lot of beautifull and colorfull liveries. Here is an example of ONLY the venezuelan liveries that I'll can do. There are a lot european (Binter, for example) and northamerican ones.

The Dc-9-30 Binter livery is a must. I loved when I did it for Flight Simulator and I'm going to love to make it on paper.

Tonight ecardmodels has released my first two liveries of the Dc-9!
Shop Models - EcardModels
I hope you enjoy them!

Meanwhile, the Hughes Airwest livery is very advanced and will be ready to upload maybe tomorrow. By the way, the one I'm painting, N9348, it's a Dc-9-15 even if it has just one set of doors over the wings.

The Hughes Airwest texture has been finished!
It will be uploaded in a few minutes and published in a few days. Meanwhile I made a change on my "do to" list, swaping the Viasa livery with the N90C prototype, the first Dc-9 plane to fly. As long as I know, it's the only Dc-9 with the wings painted in another color that it's not gray and silver. This one has an interesting scheme in red, white and blue!
