Looking for a Quebec builder.

I have been contacted by an elderly gentleman who lives near Granby Quebec. He would like to donate a model of a DHC-2 Beaver in Air Fecteau livery to his local museum.

It will be a long time before I can accomplish this, but I will provide models files for no cost to a builder that would take this on.
