This is quite a project.
Rhino, haven't used it but have known of it for several years via people who build boats, the real ones. Ahh, those 3D printed bending jigs are a grand idea! And speaking of 3D printing ... A few years back ... It was interesting watching railway modelers, sci-fi modelers, miniatures gamers, making full use of 3D printing while the scale armor and airplane plastic modelers were on their forums discussing whether there would ever be any hobby use for 3D printing.

Sry I don’t have them with me right now but the paper cutter I use is called the silhouette cameo and I use a resin style 3D printer.
