Thanks Karol. I hear what you're saying about trying to reproduce Luftwaffe mottled camo on models. It was airbrush or nothing; handbrushing rarely turned out satisfactory results.

Even with airbrush one has to have a good hand and eye for it-I don't have either. On other hand I'm much handier with scissors and white glue.

a request

Perhaps there might be an F or G model with Horst Carganico's markings down the road....I had a little Hasegawa model of it many moons ago...and the big Mickey mouse on the airplane always appealed to me. Thanks for your consideration...

Definitely on the to-do list. It will be a repro of Hptm. Carganico's G-6 (along with the JG-27 G-6) as offered in the the old Hasegawa kit you refer to.

OOB. Out of the box. Unmodified. Terminology from wood and plastic kit days.

Thanks for covering that Don!

Next up is another repaint: Bruno's Hawker Audax that I converted to a Bristol Pegasus powered version that was operated by the No.4 Air Regiment of the Iranian Air Force.

Very nice, and very unusual.
By the way, Sweden had a very similar aircraft on floats.
A hawker Osprey with radial engine.
Just in case.
pd: The design had so many permutations
