Stearman biplane scratch built

This is a model I built totally from scratch using cardstock, my Stearman biplane. I didn't use a printed pattern, I worked from photographs off the internet. Comments are welcome.

Mike.

Interesting project! Shows what can be achieved with a bit of ingenuity and imagination. Well done.

Very nice! I agree. Sometimes we let us be constrain by numbers!
This is a hobby, and personal interpretations are wellcome.
I remember when (long time ago) no internet, no drafting programs. At best a photocopy from a library and pencil, ruler and, graph paper!

Thank you sir for your kind words. Yes, I enjoy building models from scratch. It's challenging but very rewarding.
