Is there an orange 747 theme?

*Runs to Google*
Braniff International....

Hold that thought...

After I get the British Airways version done.

*Edits furiously*
They come in yellow too.

Yellow is very nice, but "Orange is Beautiful" .
And an orange BI would be very nice also.

Just a reminder that solid orange, yellow and similar colors models are really bad on cartridges and those are expensive. One of the reasons I switched to use of commercial printers.

Gorgeous builds in such a small scale, phenomenal work! Love the tiny little wheels, absolutely flawless.

Thanks, Dong-Woo. Those wheels are from a puncher in black paper cards stacked up.

B747 Young America in the pipeline.
The rig is necessary if you have more than one same model to build.

Very neat jig. I like Lego for jigs because it is simple to do one, even if for just one model. For 1/300, I guess you would have to use Nanoblocks .

Looking forward to more builds from you, especially that Quantas "orange" .

Regards,
John

Thanks for the tip, John. The jig is made from packaging carton boxes that are free. Nanoblocks, especially the base board that need be the size of an A4 sheet in my case, don't come cheap.

If Murph has an "orange" B747, I'll promise to build it.
