Bloch MB-210 in 1/100 Gerry1966 & Péricles Papermodel Studio
Hello friends!
I think as the test is almost ready it's time to reveal this project made in partnership with Gerry1966. He and I are working on the Bloch MB-210, a French WWII medium bomber, but like most angular and interesting French aircraft of the period, it was designed in the 1930s. I developed the general design of the model at Metasequoia and Gerry did the design of the smaller pieces, as well as his artistic skills will do the textures. The final model will be commercial and sold at ecardmodels in two scales: 1/72 and 1/100. As for the versions certainly two or three French (including a pre-war, battle of France, one of Vichy), a Romanian, a German and I think Bulgara (not sure if they use the MB-210 together with the MB-200) , here we have a photo of the render of the final model as well as the alpha montage at 1/60 scale. |

Build of Beta 1
Currently, the construction of the Beta 1 textured with the famous "Vert Foliage" of the Armeé d'l'Air planes in the 1930s in 1/100 scale is under way, here we tested all the components and the placement of the collage tabs.

Wow, first in paper, and not many in other media (as far as I know one 1/72, same model with many brand, and one in 1/144). Looking forward to the final model and recolors!

Looks like a great model of a historic aircraft and a great collaboration.

Well this exciting news! Been hoping to see this one in paper. I have buried away a SMER (re-issue of the old Heller) 1/72 plastic model of this that has a Romanian operated option. Plenty of repaint potential too-including Spanish Republican.

Thank you my friends!
Yes, I forgot about Republican Garry, but it's certainly in Jaromir's crosshairs. We have many projects to do in this partnership. The Finnish Myrsky II fighter is already halfway there and I intend to make other French bombers from the same period, including the Amiot 143 and the Farman F220/21/22. |

Hi friends, I'm glad you like our first common project. I would like to specify here what color versions will be, i.e. I have enough materials to create them:
- a French machine from the GB I/23 armament (or sister unit) - an all-green machine from the Battle of France - French GB I/21 machine - three-colour camouflage, Battle of France machine - camouflaged machine (3 colours) from the Vichy Air Force - Spanish Republican Air Force - all-green machine - Romanian Air Force from the battles in the USSR - brown-green camouflage. As for the German and Bulgarian machines, I don't have suitable documentation on them yet, but I'm looking for it. The Bulgarian Air Force did get MB-210s from the Germans, but only 6 units and almost nothing is known about them.

I bet Bulgarian machines came from Czechoslovakia like number of other planes. They will just get new national markings.
