A beautiful model, can't see any flaws, misalignments etc. and it's very precisely and cleanly built; not easy to achieve, very well done, plus it's a super prototype!

I always wanted to recolor one in Alaska Airways colors. It was totaled in a storm during transport and never flew for the airline. As a school trip, my father got to Gen. Balbo's famous squadron of SM.55's when they landed in the New York harbor in 1933.
