Hello my friends, a small build update to satisfy Draco and Siwi's curiosity about the wing lintel theme.

In my approach I changed the use of the former I, first because its use would make the use of other formers unfeasible, second because it is not clear in the instructions, then my suggestion of indicating it in the positioning of the formers in the side view of the fuselage, so yes, at first I forgot about it, but then the mistake turned into an advantage.

The change of approach was to transform the former into a support lintel, for that with a milling cutter we drilled at low speed from end to end the formers D and E, we inserted the lintel obtained from former I which was glued with reinforced vinyl glue UHU, later a second set of pieces also from the former I was used as reinforcement, this time glued with CA glue, and the problem was solved. An old technique from my plastic scratchbuilding days.

Be prepared to trim the reinforcement on this part to fit the formers for the lower wing. There are some 'airfoil' shaped pieces, one of which slots over this spar made by piece I to connect it to the wing spar former W1

Thanks for advice, but like Stranraer I think you are right some connections need improvisations. I resume the model in the weekend

Well friends, after a while and some setbacks in the construction of London, we had to rebuild the model from zero again. The main thing was the detection of the error in the keel that unfortunately made me lose the first assembly because I chose to remove the wrong part and replace it with the new one, which caused by gluing the previous part, tearing one of the sides of the fuselage.

However, the opportunity to rebuild the model allowed me to do a cleaner second build of the fuselage. The model had many minor revisions that were reflecting on the original build. So this construction is being carried out "decontaminated" from the work of other beta testers. (no offense please)

The colors are a little different from the original, because I used 120gsm opaline paper, which is a little more delicate than the paper I usually use in my prints.

Hello my friends, continuing with our test that yesterday had little progress because last night I had to pick up my mother at the hospital, as she is undergoing post-chemotherapeutic treatment. But apart from the real life problems, I managed to finish the horizontal tail and start the vertical tail, today I must finish this set to start the lower wings as well as the floats.

Thanks my friends!

In the night I make more advances in London, my goal in this weekend is win the steps prior to make upper wing. I made in slow mode because I not have much time in the weekend to modelling. But I like more this build then previous one I make.
