Smile MiG-15 1/100 (My first repaint)

Hello friends, is my first Marek repaint In 2006 I'm buy in Mr Wayne shop a MiG 15 and Yak 15 from Marek, this version is common Polish Air Force, so i'm redraw in NK scheme with red tail. Is a 99% complete build only lack is a VHF wire antenna, gun pipes and a base. (I produced a noob mistake, ausense of weight in the nose :D)

That is a lovely (tiny) build! I am amazed by those of you who can build aircraft at such small scales (1/100, 1/144/ 1/200)!

For Some Reason . . . ,

For some reason I get the urge to build one of these, balance it for glide and then launch it with a blow tube . . . ,

Beautiful little build!

Great looking aircraft and a great choice for repaint. I too am amazed at the small builds. I'm afraid that size would test my nerves.

I rally like the looks of this. (And I like the blow tube launcher idea as well!) Great job. My first FG Sabre Jet had to b glued to it's base as well! Darn nose weight.

Smile

Thank's my friends! More MIG-15 livery's is soon (Cuban, Egypt (Suez Crisis), VVS, North Vietnam, and more NK Schemes...)

About nose weight, the original model in 1/50 sugest a wire to reinforcement undercarriage legs, I believe in this case is suitable use of weight, but in small builds is more complex this technique, the solution: glue in base, in the night I build a tarmac and finished the last details... :D
