Ron's B 17

I was just wondering if there is any updates on how the kit is coming along . And if it will be available sometime in the near future. Eric

No updates. I haven't been able to work on the kit in the last 18 months.
As for availability in the near future, I doubt it, for the same reason :(
I don't even know if it will be available in the long term, due to my lack of time to devote to it.

Besides, it looks like there will be a far better set of Fortresses by John Dell at the same scale intended for Ron's B-17. John's kits look superior in almost every detail when compared to Ron's kit. I really doubt I could improve Ron's kit to take it to the same level (or even to a decent level the Fortress deserves) at this time of my life.

I agree. Ron's model was full of issues and it got us no where.

It's better to go with Johns's version and even improve upon it.
