Thanks a bunch guys! I am going to finish CT Ertz's CSS Fredricksburg diorama next.
Then, I am gearing up for a couple of mega builds. I have begun scaling some drawings I have of the Do-335. I have already purchased a couple of DB-605 engines. Coupled with the detail shots I have of the real machine, I intend to super detail the Do-335...not the Marek version; it's the other one whose manufacturer escapes me at the moment. No matter. After that, I am going to dive into another new concept: a scratchbuild of a B-24 using the Guillow stick and tissue frame as the basis. I have a picture of The Dragon and It's Tail sitting forlornly, tail down, in the boneyard, deprived of its engines. I just happen to have the artwork that I can enlarge and the airplane was natural aluminum. That would make a spectacular diorama I think.
