Very cool!
When I saw this thread I wanted get on as fast as possible and posted "the P-26 was the peas shooter not the P-39" then I looked and started laughing at myself!:D Boy if I had that at their age in school............ well on second thought I probably would not have had it long! |

Wily, to answer your question- both Airacobras are still "airworthy" at this point. Of course, being combat machines flown by young pilots, I have no illusions about them becoming museum displays "stateside"! Wyvern |

But that is one of the great things about our hobby... can always print out more and make them again, even better, really can't do that with P*****c kits.

Wyvern, I have been doing that as well with my sons, and have started a couple of glue togethers also, But paper is the best for now, they can play with them, hang them up and if they get trashed, next one,LOL and they really don't take up as much room as the other media does, at least til we get a bigger place.
