The second prototype was a navalised version. Is it possible it was not dimensionally identical to the first prototype?

Quite a difference between the two drawings, isn't there? I know Miles only built two M.20s, and one of them was modified in some way for naval use, so it may be possible that both drawings are accurate. They're just drawings of two different airplanes.

Based on the landing gear It looks like Roman's drawing is of the first prototype and Don's is the second (navalised) prototype.
