I saw the video... is that a paper model? If so, from which maker?
I can see it is shinny... and it has a cockpit. And you dared to throw it! LOL I cannot do that with mine, man! |

Nice model Chiawatkom. Is this one of your designs in a larger scale?
Can't see photos since I don't have a facebook account. |

Actually, I believe that all good well balance of CENTER OF GRAVITY is the heart of modern paper airplane that not only capable to but also a good display also. if you can find the right CG of the aircraft paper model, it's certainly fly. My recent record is 32 meter after dropping from the height 7 meter.
O.K. I disclosed some funniest story. Mr. Steven H. Shockley, a Lockheed Martin aircraft staff knew that once I made the SAAB JAS 39 Grippen paper model for Gripen International before successfully sold a batch of aircraft for RTAF. then he's curious and asked me that he wanted to know about what will happen if the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor becomes a paper airplane and how about its flying characteristic performance. I started my invention and found that if you can find the right CG in a good paper airplane model then the result will be the same, the belly landing. If you adjust properly the flap, ailelon, rudder, it will give you the same result as same as the real aircraft did. He saw the video and told me "Cool Chaiwat, Awesome." That is the answer, and that is why the story goes. Today, kids in Thailand started learning this technique which I believe that everyone here can fly his/her model if having the right technique. I have found this to be true. I built pmodel's F-16. With a little ballast in the nose it flies quite well. I actually plan to build a bunch of upscaled "enlarged" fighters from depron foam. These will hopefully be thrown as gliders at the park by My Sons (3 and 4) and Me!! I hope it works as well as I think it's gonna.
Great looking Falcon Chaiwat!! |

It's paper model and it was made personally by me
Quote:
The cockpit made of transparent plastic and Ricktef always tell everyone to see how to vaccum them up. Throw it man, just find the right CG, all of them can fly!!!

I've been longing to ask this but how do you find the right cg?

Get a ruler then put your paper airplane on it, you will roughly find the center of gravity of the aircraft. If you too serious of how to find the more complicate CG one, use the pen or a stick. If it sit in the center, it will not falling down.
