And I ran out of parts!

Alright, here we are....I've done gone run out of parts LOL!

These are the two different versions that will be available from Will Aldridge for the XP-72. The first one as mentioned before will be the 4 bladed prop version. (silver cardstock)

And this version will have the contra-rotating props. (colored model)

So Will, whenever you are ready to send the next batch of parts...I'm ready.

Good to see some progress Robert. I'm sorry to be so slow with the parts but life is hammering me (not bad) enough to keep me from concentrating on models. You can add the tail framework to the model if you like.

Okay, can do. Tail frames gluing on :D.

Take care of business first Will...I can wait on parts for when you are ready to send them.

Well, the next update....it sure has been awhile.

Anyhow, here is the latest parts received from Will....the cowling parts.

Parts laid out and going together.

What she looks like together. (Don't mind the sloppy cutting on the top most part. Was a little blurry eyed.)

The two different versions

And how they look placed on

Looking good Will :D.

Looks good Robert, I really need to get on the stick and finish it up. It's so close to done it's pathetic that I haven't finished yet.

Thank you so much for all the detailed pictures. I am doing my first aircraft and finding a lot of things that had I not be building one would not have understood. Sorry! off on a tangent. The point I am making is thank you for taking the time to snap all these pictures during this build. Not only are they impressive but helping me understand this build so much better.

Cheers and looking forward to following this closely.

Thanks Will. It is slowly coming into fruition. The XP-72 can be the tortoise of your designs. HAHA!! :D

Thanks for looking Jim . Most, if not all, of the "instructions" is going to be photos of the kit being put together. At least that is what Will and I discussed....so I had been taking several photos of the build since it was in the alpha/beta uncolored stage. I just hope I was able to get enough photos to make a complete set of instructions for those who do buy the kit.
