Piper l-4 grasshopper

This is the original Piper L-4 Grasshopper from Fiddlers Green.
It was the next one on my list to detail, so I figured I'd go ahead and get it done before doing the New L-4 (soon to be released) The detailing includes: adding all clear windows and cockpit interior, wooden wheels & new Prop. I used the cockpit interior from the new regular size J-3 with some modifications.

That is awesome, Bob, and I share Zathro's observation- you show what's possible to get from a FG model with some extra work, attention to detail, and ingenuity.

Love it, Bob. It's always great to see you take the FG kits to the next level. This one is particularly effective!

This is terrific, Bob. I have been trying to build a decent version of this one for some time. You've really nailed it.
