Sometimes real life takes over, I had to burry my brother in law, but it's ok ,
I 'm just not that sharp as I 'm think I normally am,
And i didn't post any pics of the progress, but we can have this baby out before Xmass....I have the cover on the drawingboard....

Billy,

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope things get back to normal for your family soon.

And take your time on this project - there is no pressure. It's just a hobby.

Ken

Billy, on behalf of the rest of the community, and for myself, my deepest condolences to your family on your loss. Things like that are a little more difficult than usual at this time of year, and you're all in our prayers.

Really sorry for the loss Billy. I hope things return to normal for your wife and family.

On a brighter note, I just found out a lot about the local SR-71. Number 964 was assigned to Mildenhal AB in England on and off from the late seventies through 1990. It's name "Bodonian Express" came from an incident where it had to divert to Bodo, Norway after an in-flight "incident" on its way to England from Beale AFB. The report I just read said it had a white whale, while the photos the Murph put up showed it was a crab. Hmmm. Interesting. From what i gathered, 964 was the last Blackbird to fly out of Mildenhal in 1990.

I learning more about planes. So fun!!!!
