B-47 Kampfflieger scaled to 1:110

A little history behind this build, did the forward fuselage about 8 months ago then lost interest and the build got back burnered, well here she is all done finally and i'm pretty happy with the result :D Look for this to be the first in a collection of all the boeing bombers (now if someone would only design a B-9 lol)

Nice looking B-47, I bought this model recently and the fire has been lit, lighted, (insert correct word here).

Your comment about a collection of the Boeing bombers, are these existing models your planning on building, or a new unreleased series?

thanks,
SFX

That looks great! I too got the forward fuselage of this one built and then I scrapped it. I cut the formers too big and had nasty wrinkles at each seam. Blah! When I rebuild- I'll aspire to this quality for sure.

She came out great . I do think the B-47 is one kit that needs pics for the model page over on Ecardmodels...

Nice build. What is the rationale for the odd scale?

Thanks everyone :D
Ok to answer the questions
@Swampfox, will be building existing kits
@Aaron, That would be awesome!
@3Turner, Ill get some white background beauty shots done post haste
@cdavenport, 1:110 as my standard scale came about from a lack of space and the first thing i built to my new small standard was a marek 109 printed at 4 sheets per page, finished the build and took a measurement and the scale was 1:110 so ive been scaling to that ever since. I like it its a good compromise between buildability for the smaller planes and keeping the bigger ones at a manageable size
