Nice work on the Seaduck, McHale!
I had not realized that the U.S. Navy ever flew this aircraft. I've only ever seen it in the Baloo's Air Service livery. Don |

Nicely done. I'd not seen it in Navy livery either, and I've lived in a Navy town all my life. It's amazing what you learn on this forum.

The Conwing is the happy child of a Fairchild C-82 Transport and Grumman HU-16 who met. The child craft, the Conwing L16 was the star of Disney's Talespins. Talespins was highly influenced by Hayao Miyazaki's Porco Rosso, according to the directors.
Nice job Mchale!! I love seeing these craft brought to life. |
