That is an excellent idea, Michael!

It seems this publishing house already has for example the book on Shaker villages, with small paper models in HO scale:
http://www.schifferbooks.com/newschi...sbn=0887400779
So, re-publishing some of the Peter Zorn's out-of-print models would really be a great initiative! Or why not some other interesting out-of-print vintage models of pioneer aeroplanes? And perhaps there are some of Alan Rose's older models that are now out-of-print?

All the best,
Bengt in Stockholm, Sweden

I would love to see Schiffer re-publish some (if not all) of these fantastic models!

Hello Michael,
Your comment is very interesting indeed. It would be great to have all this kits refurbished.

I see this is your first post, please visit this thread in relation with Peter's Tri-motor: Re-colouring the Ford Trimotor by Peter Zorn

The scans of the Trimotor

With the permission of Peter Zorn.
The parts can be printed "shrink to fit " for A4 and american letter, if you want to have the original size, print the parts at 50 % , but you'll need an A3 printer
If some body wants to look at the following; the scans are pretty big, so if you know a way to compress them with the same quality, please let me know
You can double-click on the file to download, and the file automatically turns into a zip-file
Peter Zorn added the colored parts himself, I didn't check the scale but it's not that hard to figure out...

I have the original kit unbuilt and like the download much better. With the original, you have to color everything while the download gives you the precolored interior with so many more options than the book. Many thanks to Rubenandres77 and Mr Zorn for giving us the downloaded kit. Over the years I aquired several paper models and never quite got to them. I've started on a scaled down version of the Trimotor and work on it in between other paper kits and plastic kits.
