Indeed it does look very spitfirish!
Great work so far.

Any plans of building an Emil to keep the Spit company?

Nicely and cleanly done, Desney. I will be following your build with keen interest.

I hear my name mentioned so it's time to say something
Fuselage looks very good. It really shows the care you took to have the joints as smooth as possible.
Tail is another matter, but maybe it's not to late and you can replace it.
It looks like you installed formers for the vertical and horizontal surfaces to close to the edge of the part and this prevented you from closing them properly to form as thin edge as possible. Also, it looks like you dented the tail during handling.

I agree with Michael. You have a comfort of printing out parts again why not take full advantage of it. More you practice the better you get at it. If you look at the instruction drawings you should have a clear picture how to proceed in case of the tail. I may be wrong, but it seems you simply laminated cardstock to make the rudder look thicker instead of using formers to actually give it the proper shape. Sometimes taking shorcuts is not that good idea
Try Desney, I can guarantee you it will be well worth it.

i did not use laminated cardstock for the rudder to make it look thicker, i used the formers as the instructions show, actually i did follow it by using the edging strips...anyways, in my opinion printed kits are more cooler than downloadables, just my two cents...:D

I apologize Desney, it was wrong assumption. Now I see that Michael's explanation of the problem was the correct one.
I hope you don't mind these friendly advices. I hope you appreciate honest feedback and most of all you will draw some conclusions if not for this build then for the next one. In the end it's your build and your decision how to proceed. Please carry on
