Some new Paper Modeling books

Hi, all!
I happened to be in Michaels the other night and spotted some new paper model books on the shelf. I didn't see how much they cost. Guess I will have to go back and see.

Cool, I have to go to Michael's anyway. I'll be sure to look for them. Thanks for the heads up!

I probably could not buy the book and ship it (from Canada) for that price
otherwise I would arrange to get it done for you.

Which book(s) did you want?

.............
Cars - A Complete History
Just checked on Chapters/Indigo, and its $16.46 plus shipping (usually about $10 to me)
So, even if I got it at the Chapters store or Michaels store for that price...it would still cost me $10-$15 for shipping to UK.

Have you checked the Chapters site yourself, Gary?

I use Chapters.ca (Canada)....actual address is http://www.chapters.indigo.ca/home/
Do you have Chapters Book stores in the UK?
They do ship internationally.

There are some of these books on ebay too...check your own ebay site.

...

If you ever need something from here that you can't get over there, we can figure out a way to get it to you.
Just ask.

Try going to AbeBooks - Used & Secondhand Books, Rare Books, New Books & Textbooks and input the titles of the books in the search. I did and got hits for Cars: A Complete History (seemed expensive), Trains: A Complete History, and Planes: A Complete History. The shipping was listed in GBP for shipping within the USA. Probably because of my location in the USA. Who'd a thunk that?
Perhaps you will get shipping for the UK.

Trains: a Complete History - AbeBooks
Planes: a Complete History - AbeBooks

Has anyone even seen this book?
I mean the inside, the contents...

Is it worth the trouble?
Not trying to disresepect the Author or Publisher,
but lets face it, there are some very pointless (expensive) books out there.
