hey John,
this post is interesting! my french sucks, but i have enough working knowledge to give your link a read-through.

Aerophile S.A. (link here) combines french engineering and german manufacturing know-how to produce these successful balloons. that's my commercial. . . i do have great respect for French engineering and design. remember: France led the world in aviation from 1904 to 1914.
